My childhood was a tapestry woven from the threads of imagination. My parents were skilled storytellers, crafting fantastical worlds that captivated my young mind. Inspired by their example, I began to spin tales of my own, creating vibrant realms that existed solely within the confines of my imagination.

As I entered my teenage years, my fascination with storytelling evolved. The allure of digital adventures drew me into the realm of computer games, where I immersed myself in science fiction and fantasy. While I enjoyed these solitary escapades, my experience with tabletop role-playing games (TTRPGs) was limited to a single game of Hero Quest. In this instance, I took on the role of player, while my brother assumed the mantle of Game Master.

Years passed, and the urge to share my stories grew stronger. However, I soon discovered that the magic of my tales seemed to dissipate when translated onto paper. It was during this period of creative frustration that I encountered a game-changer. Keith Hershey Jr. was offering a class on becoming a Game Master. The moment I heard about it, a lightbulb ignited within me. This was the missing piece I had been searching for. TTRPGs became an integral part of my life from that point forward.
